A rapidly growing start up business is looking to take on exceptional salespeople who are hungry for expansion. The company provides an easy-to-use tool for 360 degree employee feedback. Their solution helps employees to easily prioritize and plan personal development.
In the role you will be selling the feedback tool to both Enterprise and SME markets across the globe. Specific focus has been placed upon the UK, Singapore and Malaysia. You will have the option of being remote based, requiring a track record of success in sales.
The right candidate will need:
· A passion to exceed in a start up environment
· 2-3 years B2B sales experience
· Knowledge of HR and employee development
· To have a hunter attitude
