Location: Redditch and Central London
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000k
Hours: 9.00am-5.00pm

Our client is looking for an Account Manager to be based in the Redditch branch with weekly visits to clients based in Central London.

Day to Day duties will include the following:
* Ensure a professional approach is taken to all client engagement and that behaviour is appropriate to that of a client contact role
* Regular visits to the client offices based in central London (weekly)
* Ensuring all contracted SLA's and KPI's are adhered to across the business
* Work closely with the Account Director in implementing strategic account plan for the account
* Managing quote requests from the client and working with the estimate team to ensure we are confident we are submitted the most cost effective and competitive prices back
* Writing the campaign brief including packing sheets where appropriate and submission into production
* Work closely with the production services team to ensure all jobs are on track for despatch and address and concerns
* Keep all account reports up to date
* Proactively manage the agreed CPA to ensure that both client & production department achieve their required deadlines
* To support Account Director and cover during holidays
* Support with new ideas and cost saving opportunities for both internal and external
* Ensure the 48 hour invoice rule is adhered to at all times
* Checking margin reports and manage any queries
* Understanding of work in progress and update as necessary
* Attend account meetings when required
* Ensuring the business is managed at a pre-agreed profit margin and is resourced and charged in line with the contractual agreement.
* To communicate, track and achieve financial targets
* Actively pursue new business on your account and to cross sell the Group where possible.

* A high degree of computer literacy
* Excellent communication skills

* Must be process driven and able to work to tight timescales
* Must be able to work on your own and as part of a team
