Are you a Procurement or Supply Chain Analyst immediately available for a short term contract assignment? Our client, a market leading Financial Services organisation, seek to recruit an Interim Analyst for a 1 month contract.
Role:
The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for providing commercial support to the Procurement Manager and Head of Procurement; conducting supplier & product research, managing projects & data whilst providing analytical expertise across all indirect spend categories.
This is a critical role that will contribute to the success of this start-up function providing a detailed layer of spend & data analysis in order to support the design and implementation of category strategies & sourcing plans in turn managing savings performance data and maintaining an accurate contracts database.
Experience:
* Applicants should demonstrate existing Analytical capabilities; gained ideally within the Procurement function of a blue-chip' organisation
* Excellent numerical skills, with an ability to quickly and efficiently analyse and interpret spend data for the development of key reports
* Excellent Microsoft Excel skills; complimented with some exposure to e-sourcing / e-procurement platforms (ARIBA)
* Excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills
* Degree qualified
