Associate Director, National and Key Accounts, Home Channel

What you become a part of
As the Associate Director in charge of one of CCE's largest customers within GB you will be responsible for leading a customer business unit to implement business strategies and objectives that create sustainable value growth for CCE and the Customer.

What to expect
You are accountable for creating and implementing a strategy for CCE's portfolio but also the wider Soft Drinks Category with the customer. This involves developing, negotiating and implementing Joint Business Plans and 3 Yr Plans to meet and exceed CCE's sales and profits targets. This will be done in conjunction with the relevant Revenue Growth Management, Operational Marketing & Commercial Finance colleagues.
You are accountable for efficiently managing our trade investment including Promotional Spend and Customer Opex. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative business relationships throughout the customer to profitably develop our business and strive to be our Customer's most valued Supplier.
You will lead and engage a team including a Senior Manager, National & Key Account managers and a wider virtual Commercial CCE team, coaching, developing and building the capability of that team . You will be r esponsible for representing CCE within the wider TCCS for your customer.

What we expect of you
You will have significant Sales experience and demonstrate a high level of commercial thinking and the ability to network well internally at CCE and through a customer to influence the effective implementation of our plans. Ideally experience of Marketing and Field sales will help within this role. You will be able to work flexibly across a number of team structures and be an excellent motivator and leader of your team.
