The Role:
* The job is to liaise with and support the nurses, consultants, patients in what beds/mattresses are the right ones for each individual patients needs
* A great deal of training the consultants and nurses how to use the equipment
* This is also to support the sales staff in hospital and train them on the equipment
* This is a national role to start off with but this will be split in 2014
The Ideal Person:
* Will need to come from a beds/mattresses/wound care background
* Need to come from a clinical background as need to be empathetic
* Team fit is key here and they need to be really personable and consultative, warm, friendly, approachable
* Need new person to hit the ground running
