We have an exciting opportunity for someone with marketing experience to join a world leading direct seller based in Northampton as a Category Co-Ordinator.

This is an administrative role with responsibility for loading the marketing plans onto the marketing system; the position will also support the selection of new product interest from brand plans.

The working environment will be very fast-paced and the successful candidate must be able to overcome last minute changes to brochure plans and suggest alternatives. You should not be resistant to change and will need to have a dynamic, enthusiastic presence with the ability to work under pressure.

Key Duties:

All aspects of product administration (including answering queries, updating tracking spreadsheets with brochure plans, managing samples for photography, new product flow etc)

Point of contact for system queries from various departments

Assist with briefing Art Directors and Copy Writers on brochure creative and sign-offs, and follow-up on creative issues.

Ad-hoc project work

Responsible for integrating and aligning with other departments such as Commercial Strategy, Creative, Field, Finance etc.

The ideal candidate will have:

Graduate level education

Ideally some experience of working in commercial marketing in some capacity

Must have advanced skills in Excel to include V-Lookups and Pivot Tables
