This is an exciting opportunity to join our Chief Customer Office function as a Performance Manager.

The Performance Manager is responsible for leading operational improvement activity that adds the most value to Direct Line Group aligned to both category business strategy and customer operations strategy.

We are looking for an individual with strong stakeholder management skills as you will be at the forefront of relationships between the area and the business along with the ability to be proactive with their workload depending on volumes.

Key Accountabilities
Collaborate with local management teams across the estate to achieve and exceed all operational targets (People, Trading and Call handling)
Build and Lead improvement plans that deliver against operational and businesses strategies and deliver performance improvements
Carry out Regular call listening to help build a deep understanding of the journey our customers face and recommend improvements locally and nationally
Understand the operational challenges and barriers to excellence through actively being part of site management meetings to identify key opportunities for future coaching improvements
Personally act as an interface to ensure category teams are aware of the customer operations strategic approach
Lead the coordination of best practice sharing across the product estate and across the operational excellence team
Use your relationships within Direct Line Group to help support your colleagues across customer operations achieve their goals
Minimise the impact on the operation by acting as the interface between Direct Line Group functions and customer operations on a day to day basis
Use your knowledge to create ideas that lead to pilot activity and test and learn
Act as the internal voice of the customer though you interactions across Direct Line Group.
