About the role
To coordinate with the National Account Managers in managing National Retail Accounts at store level and supporting New Business Development initiatives across the UK. This will include supporting small accounts and B2B relationships, new and existing.

* To seek new Sales Channel opportunities as identified by Channel head and progress. Eg Travel agencies, Hotels, Hotel chains etc.
* Manage small accounts both in retail and B2B as agreed.
* Develop annual account plans for such accounts to grow.
* To support the NAM's in the running of their accounts by providing support in the field at store level.
* To manage stock compliance, store ordering process's and stock levels in stores.
* Support Field team training and Support Staff training, to visit selected locations and train on New products and Services.

Who we're looking for
Qualification:
* Graduate level education, ideally with specialisation in sales and marketing - further business qualifications an advantage.

Skills/Competencies:
* Constantly strives to exceed objectives.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Generates respect and cooperation from their colleagues, Teams and other departments.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Experience:
* Experience in working with multi-cultural teams.
* Experience in learning and using sales and non-sales related computer based systems to support sales managers
* Experience in working together with both sales and non-sales teams and inter-departments with an aim to issue.
