As a creative consumer marketer you will be required to implement a 'challenger' brand mentality across all markets and covering several countries in the Nordics region as well as the Netherlands and Belgium. The role is more about activation than planning and you will be tasked with finding a unique point of difference in the category and being disruptive on the shelf to promote your products.

In terms of experience you will need to have previous FMCG and international experience and you must have worked on 'challenger' brands as opposed to distributor or retailer brands. Food experience would be an advantage although this isn't essential, however, you will need to demonstrate logic career steps on your CV and be able to show that you are ready for a new and bigger challenge. Having the right personality and attitude is key and you will need to have limitless passion and enthusiasm to thrive in this fast paced environment. If you are someone who can identify opportunities that others can't, think outside the box, show creativity and think commercially as well, then this will be to your advantage.

Please note that this role will involve European travel once every few weeks.
