An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation; our client is currently recruiting for an Assistant Brand Marketing Manager. This is a temporary role to start ASAP and is expected to run for at least 3 months.

Working on a range of personal care brands the Assistant Brand Manager role will report into a Brand Manager. Given the category and the scope of the role it offers a broad range of opportunities for someone to work on both launch and core non innovation led growth.

Main responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Excellent execution of Activity plans. On time, in full.
Execution of Brand(s) Activity Plans - or key parts of it (depending on brand size/complexity)
- Including all relevant media but excluding in store execution.
- Lead and project manage local roll-out of all relevant projects.
- Develop and gain agreement to parts of Contracts (business case) & full Launch gates.
- Lead cross functional teams to ensure successful execution of launch plans and post-launch evaluation
- Manage the brand budget to ensure spend is in line agreements.
- Internal launches

2. Provide input into Trade Category Manager and Customer Marketing for brand.
- Work with Senior Brand Manager to assist in building plans to grow our customers categories
- Support customer marketing executives to develop bespoke co-marketing plans for relevant customers and shoppers as identified in the company planning process. (Within this, be responsible for providing Brand Style Guidelines and pulsing plan presentations)

3. Constantly review brand and initiative performance for on going improvement .
- Understand on going business performance using key diagnostics of share and growth trends, key initiatives, competitive activity and return on marketing investment.

4. Regular Support Activities
- Run A&P budgets incl. SAP & invoicing etc.
- Artwork clearance /IPM Management
- Collating & inputting Long Term Forecast data, risks and opportunities? Data collection for team
