The primary responsibilities of this role are to manage the full life cycle of all IT related 3rd party service and support contracts, including initial engagement, contract negotiation, account management, and vendor QOS auditing. Up to £60k + benefits.

The role will also entail managing the end-to-end procurement process, encompassing: supplier selection, stakeholder engagement, RFP/RFI creation, negotiation, establishing SLA's and KPI's, contract award and subsequent SRM. These procurement-related activities are fulfilled through a dotted reporting line to the internal procurement function. In addition, the role is responsible for software licensing management, including Microsoft, CRM, SAP.

Skills and responsibilities

*A proven track record in IT vendor management, with experience in dealing with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS vendors and partners
*Commercial astuteness and demonstrable abilities in delivering commercial and operational benefits
*Excellent negotiation and communication skills
*Developing procurement processes, controls and governance policies
*Experience in software licensing, particularly SalesForce.com, SAP and Microsoft
*Managing cross-functional internal relationships, with other teams such as finance and supply chain
*Identifying, developing & managing relationships across a diverse stakeholder community
*Developing and implementing sourcing strategy, managing commercial negotiations and supplier relationships across a broad portfolio of technology categories, including Software, Services, Support & Maintenance

Desired Qualifications

*ITIL v3
*CIPS/MCIPS certified
*Prince 2
