Responsible for the Supervision of two Autotronik Pick and Place production machines, along with all relevant departmental processes. This will include Machine Operation, Running Cycles, Planning Routines, Stock Control, Training, General Machine Maintenance and checking the parts for quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities & Duties: -
Ensure that Pick and Place is delivering to the expected standard in terms of:- - Daily Production Throughput. - Staff Performance & Efficiency. - Production Quality. - Delivering KPI Targets. - Operate machines and maintain product flow within the scheduled timeline ensuring minimal downtime. - Configure machines to run different jobs. - Ensure that correct and proper components are being run on the machines, verifying that product components match job specifications. - Load machines and run product. - Maintain production numbers and / or measurements in paperwork. - Keep track of and organise daily job requisitions. - Enter data from paperwork into MIS System. - Monitor machines to ensure that it is operating correctly, making any necessary and relevant adjustments. - Pull material and manage stock controls. - Perform quality checks on product being processed on the machines. - Troubleshoot machine problems and make mechanical adjustments to produce quality product. - Ensure Production deadlines are met and deliver plans and initiatives as agreed. - Maintain all the necessary Quality processes in line with company quality policy. Ensuring Quality is paramount and that staff follow documented procedures. - Support Production Management with any training requirements. - Strengthen the area in terms of training, performance, motivation, engagement and continuous improvement. - Work with the Production Supervisors and review the use of overtime within your cell as and when required. - Use 5s techniques to maintain housekeeping within your designated area. - Maintain a Healthy and Safe working environment ensuring that agreed company policy and procedure is adhered to and promoted in all activities.
