Senior Commercial Analyst - Claims and Assistance

£30,000 to -£45,000 London based (EC2M)

Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our newly formed Information & Data department within Collinson Insurance Group. The purpose of this role is to provide information and analytical support to the Insurance Group Claims and Assistance team across all platforms. The key objective is to enable them to make more informed, data-driven decisions that support long-term profitability and growth in the business.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for this role fall under three categories;

* Information reporting - communication regularly with the Claims & Assistance and Operational Divisions to understand reporting requirements
* Performance enhancing analysis - to develop a complete and robust understanding of all the metrics that impact cost of servicing our client base
* Commercial Tender Modelling - To analyse all tender requests, providing the group with an understanding of the commercial impact the tender would have on profitability

Requirements

* Good Microsoft Excel skills and working understanding of VBA
* Hands on experience in insurance or commercial analytics
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience in building static and dynamic reporting
