My client is a fast-growing, dynamic market intelligence company providing real-time price and promotion based services, delivered via powerful online analytics.
They provide on-going services to large retailers; there services are entrenched in the day-to day operations of many of these companies.

This intelligent agency uses technology and on-line services that are second to none.
They continue to expand rapidly in the UK and in other global markets as a result of our world-leading technologies coupled with a management team that has tremendous experience in research, retailing and managing agency services.
The vast majority growth has been organic through word of mouth and referral.

The role
A new role has been created, as a result of expansion, to lead part of the commercial business in the UK. You will be accountable for increasing our status as an indispensable partner to our clients, working with a bright and enthusiastic team. You will report to the Commercial Director.

- Customers span Category, Pricing, Marketing, Sales and Research roles
- Team of 1 or 2 Account Executives
- Own and continually improve the Brand View - client relationship
- Deliver presentations
- Training clients on the agencies services
- Support business development in prospect pitches when appropriate
- Communication and engagement across Operational, Technology and Marketing departments

Requirements

- 3+ years within FMCG / research
- Proven track record in managing people
- Inspired and inspiring
- Great team worker, as well as working with other departments
- Superior listening, critical thinking and writing skills
- An eye for new business and ability to negotiate
- Analytical and numerate
- Great communication skills
- Not shy of getting involved, leading by example
