As part of Business Intelligence & Performance you will be part of the team responsible for managing the configuration and design of the councils social care case management system (CareFirst) to ensure it’s effective operation and alignment with business requirements.
This involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that system development activities are managed as efficiently as possible within robust change control processes.
