A Category Manager is needed to develop and implement leading edge procurement and supplier management strategies and management of major categories of expenditure. You will be responsible for managing major categories of expenditure, creating opportunities to improve leverage and driving the implementation of best practise procurement.

Essential Key Criteria:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) with a post graduate qualification eg CIPS, MBA, DMS
- Proven track record gained in a procurement or commercial focused role in the Engineering Sector with demonstratable experience of managing construction projects
- Knowledge of either the OJEU guidelines or European guidelines (or at least some understanding)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Full and permanent right to live and work in the UK
