To ensure that we are meeting our legal obligations surrounding the redeployment of staff, applications from those on the redeployment register will be given priority.

We are seeking a Senior CAF Co-ordinator to join the Cheltenham and Tewkesbury Targeted Support Team. We are a busy but supportive team who are committed to providing early intervention and targeted support to children and young people aged 0 to 19 years and their families.

The Senior CAF co-ordinator will assist the Team Manager by providing advice, guidance and supervision to CAF co-ordinators. The role will also continue to develop the implementation of the Common Assessment Framework and the Lead Professional role.

It will be the role of the Senior CAF co-ordinator to assist the Team Manager in continually reviewing the focus of the team’s activities, to ensure that it is effectively delivering good outcomes for children

You will use the Common Assessment Framework to work with children, young people and their families to identify, plan and deliver the right type and level of support and also engage staff across children’s services, partner agencies and the local community to ensure an integrated approach to supporting children and young people in localities.

A full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
