It is an exciting time to be working for Waltham Forest, the Borough is seeing significant investment expanding on its Olympic legacy opportunities through ambitious regeneration plans. With this in mind, we have recently completed a review and re-organisation of our Property & Major Projects functions.
This has led to the introduction of a new delivery model and for the need for a range of property and construction professionals. This new post will either support the Head of Programmes to ensure that the highest levels of proactive professional support so that the Borough can realise its regeneration ambitions for both place and people.

To support Head of Programmes

• Senior Quantity Surveyor – to provide project managers advice at feasibility stage and on contract, commercial and related matters.
