Position: Production Manager - Shift
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £40k per annum plus Shift Allowance and Bonus
As Shift Manager you will part of the Site Production Management Team.
You will ensure that your manufacturing team is working within a safe environment, where training and development is promoted to improve operational performance and meet production schedules.
You will be Continuous Improvement focused and lead in improving in areas such as quality, yield and waste.
You will be a dynamic individual with proven experience of leading and developing a team within a fast moving manufacturing environment.
You will have gained your experience within a unionised blue chip Food/FMCG manufacturing environment and you will be educated to degree standard. Professional training such as Six Sigma would be of distinct advantage.
