The Shopper Product Manager will be responsible for the development and growth of a new brand recently acquired by my North West client. Objectives will include growing market share and generating more product contribution.

You will be tasked with defining a local plan in order to exploit the potential of the categories with the consumer. Responsible for net sales and market share, you will undertake full product management of local categories and all communications around the new product launch/promotions. Ultimately you will improve the Shopper KPI's wherever possible, achieving target distribution and increasing buyer conversion rate.
The successful Shopper Product Manager will be an experienced and driven team-player, with a strong Brand Manager track record from an FMCG background.

The following key qualities will also be necessary:
- FMCG background
- Experience in dealing with the MULTs
- Ability to work cross functionally with sales and trade teams
- Strong team player
- Strong elements of Customer and Shopper Marketing, NPD and product management
- Knowledge in all elements of the value chain
- Strong negotiation and concept skills, good leadership credentials and excellent networker
- Relevant qualifications/university degree
