Location: Redditch

Salary: £17,000 - £18,000

Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Our client is a leading producer and distributor of time sensitive printed point of sale material for a wide range of clients, including high profile retailers and brands.

Day to Day duties will include the following:


* Build and maintain client relationships.

* Key contact for client regarding all stock and distribution queries.

* Provide client with regular and ad hoc stock and usage reports ensuring all are validated and accurate.

* Communicating, tracking and monitoring all stock.

* Key contact for all Logistics and stock queries.

* Feedback any POS issues from Helpline.

* To place stock orders when required

* Escalate any stock issues to Production Manager or Warehouse Team.

* Advise Helpline of any stock issues or key stock information required to assist with customer orders or queries

* Advise New Stores team of any stock issues or key stock information if applicable.

* Organise and coordinate stock distributions

* Manage all New Stores requirements

* Assist Collate and Pack Manager to ensure all stock required for dispatch is available.

* Deal with queries handled by Line Manager when required if Line Manager absent

* Assist client with organising store surveys and call-backs when required.

* Handle client disappointment or complaints professionally and effectively.

* Work with other departments to help deliver continuous improvement initiatives that drive cost & process efficiencies.

* Set an example to the rest of the team ensuring positive attitude & excellent working relationships within the team.

* Carry out ad hoc duties when requested by Line Manager

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

* Knowledge of Client and Account requirements

* Understanding of Logistics & Stock Management Systems

* High degree of computer literacy

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel

* Red Prairie Knowledge

* Excellent communication skills

* Excellent organisational skills

* Ability to adhere to deadlines

* Reliable and Flexible

* Conscientious and Confident

* Customer Focussed
