Job Title: Office Administrator (Apprenticeship) –

Salary: £2.65/hour.
To work for a successful professional recruitment and training agency
specialising in offering social care services to local health
authorities, councils, government departments and private clients,
located in Sheffield 2.
Your duties will include:
- Data entry.
- Support for management on administration.
- Meet and greet visitors.
- Answering the phone and being an initial point of contact.
- Being a personal assistant to the manager.
- Will take minutes (will be trained to do this).
Requirements: Ideally GCSE A-C or equivalent in English, but not
essential. Excellent verbal communication skills. Polite and well
presented, due to the nature of the job. Upbeat, honest and reliable.
Should know your way around a computer and the internet. Web design
skills helpful. Must be able to manage own workload. Commitment to
ongoing training and development.
Training: Business Administration Intermediate Level Apprenticeship. The learning provider is CTS Training.
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Mon – Fri.
