THE ROLE:
You will be required to manage your own caseload of private clients including Investors, entrepreneurs, exceptional talent, family applications, EEA applications, settlement, nationality, human rights, appeal/judicial review and other complex work. You will provide advice on complex UK immigration matters, work with clients on administrative reviews and appeals to the Immigration Tribunal against refusals of leave and indefinite leave, indefinite leave to remain and entry clearance and judicial review of immigration decisions. You will need to keep your immigration knowledge up to date and be familiar with all relevant legislation and liaise directly with the UKBA.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have between 3 7 years PQE and will be able to demonstrate an outstanding aptitude and expertise in personal Immigration law. You will have experience of preparation of applications for: Tier 1 (General), Tier 1 (Investors), Tier 1 (Entrepreneurs), Tier 1 (Exceptional talent), Tier 4 students, Tier 5 (Creative), indefinite leave to remain and family related immigration and EEA Applications. You will also have a broad understanding and experience of the main employment based immigration categories including, sole representatives, Tier 2, Tier 5 and Sponsor licensing. With a track record of marketing and business development, building relationships with clients and intermediaries, you will be comfortable proactively seeking out opportunities and securing them.
