Reporting to the Head of Project Management, this person will be required to work closely with Client Services and technical teams to co-ordinate and administrate multiple client projects of varying scales concurrently.
They will need to liaise with all areas of the business and on occasion the client directly, to facilitate the delivery of their requirements to scope, cost and project schedule.
This is a key role for the project office and company as a whole and relies heavily on organisational and negotiation skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and communication of project/release plans and documentation, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Playing Project Manager role on small projects Assisting with the identification of required resources, liaising with and co-ordinating all areas of the business to ensure client deliverables are met Effectively applying our methodology and enforcing standards Administration of the Product Backlogs on agile development projects, and participation in all planning, progress and review meetings Reporting on the project budgets and analysing profitability Ensuring all project documentation is complete, current, communicated and stored appropriately Effectively recording and maintaining project and task information, and sales pipeline/opportunity details on the company's CRM systems (NetSuite)
Essential Skills : A minimum of 2 years' experience of coordinating multiple projects and managing resources accordingly Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Effective communicator and able to work under own initiative Good experience of using MS Project and Excel Experience of working in an agile development environment highly desirable together with knowledge of marketing projects and campaign management
Desirable Skills:
