QUALITY DRIVEN PROFESSIONAL CATERING MANAGER REQUIRED:

The ideal manager would have a commercial/retail background from previous roles and be a strong willed character able to increase business through excellent sales and marketing sales. You will be passionate about food, not only able to cook however to manage a small team also.

With approximately 12 staff in total, this is a 7 day a week operation and flexibility will be required to work 5 out of the seven days. General opening hours of the unit will be 0800-1800 daily.

You should be a business manager offering a consistently high level of the service and able to identify business opportunities as required and deemed beneficial to the business..

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
To manage the operational team to meet the Client and Company objectives, maintain the highest possible standards of food/customer service and maximise the profitability of the site
Contribute to the production of the annual budget in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
Manage the day to day operation in line with Client and Company quality and service standards and agreed budget.
Initiates action with a can do' approach for self and others
Meet all client and company administration and reporting requirements. Meet all standard service requirements. Working with the sales improvement planners, contribute ideas to improve business performance

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience of waste/labour/budget management
Demonstrates financial awareness
Previous experience of managing a team
Knowledge of Health and Safety/Hygiene regulations
Previous experience in retail/food service sector
