Gloucester Targeted Support Team is seeking two enthusiastic, energetic and motivated social workers to join our dynamic and supportive Targeted Support Team. You will be working with professionals in the Gloucester locality to develop their understanding of and commitment to early intervention in the community, offering social work advice and support to enable them to manage risk where it is appropriate.
The successful candidates will have:
- significant experience of working as a case holding Social Worker;
- proven experience of effective multi professional working
- the ability to influence and embed change
- a flexible and creative approach to providing needs led and outcome focussed plans;
