THE PRODUCT: Automotive Chemicals, Refinish & Industrial Polishing, Professional and Consumer Car Detailing.

THE SALARY PACKAGE: Up to £35,000 Basic dependent on experience + Audi A4 + 15% Bonus (Paid Quarterly and Annually) + Laptop + Blackberry + 25 days holiday + Pension and Healthcare after qualifying period.

THE TERRITORY:
1 x North UK (ideally residing in the vicinity of the M62)
1 x South UK (ideally residing in the vicinity of the M4/M25)

THE ROLE: With over 25 years of manufacturing innovative high quality chemicals and polishing systems for the vehicle cleaning, preparation and refinish industries this company is now expanding its market horizons by utilising their product innovation culture to develop the business not only with the automotive trade but also to the wider opportunities in industrial markets and the fast-growing car detailing sector.

With a sales mix split between 70% to export markets and 30% domestically, the UK business is strategically placed to deliver exciting growth opportunities in the coming years through the development of current and new market sectors combined the opening up of a wider customer base through new sales channels.

Responsibilities include:

* Manage current distribution customer network to deliver profitable growth.
* Work closely with Distributor sales and business development teams to win new end-user customers.
* Conduct product demonstrations and training at distributor and end-user customers.
* Seek out and develop new direct accounts in the car detailing sector.
* Work as part of a team with technicians and chemists to develop new products/technologies and successfully launch into target markets.
* Potential to take on wider responsibilities within the fast-growing European export business.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Minimum of 2 years field based sales experience within the automotive aftermarket sector.
* Experience of developing new accounts and channels to market.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
* Able to travel extensively within the UK.
* UK Driving Licence and Passport.
