A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Designer to work for an industry leading telecommunications giant based in Berkshire.

The Service Designers key focus will be to design, build, assure cost-to-serve standards and implement services operating models based on continuous improvement and right sourcing.

The successful Service Designer will have the following skills and experience;

*Experience of managing a major customer services or operational service organisation within the telco business area
*Excellent knowledge and understanding of the telco industry with strong focus on one of the following areas:
oConverged fixed mobile services (voice and data),
oCloud Services,
oMachine to Machine,
oMobile Broadband
oBusiness to Business applications.
*Thorough understanding of service architecture processes and platforms
*Strong communication and decision making skills
*Experience in consultative or services selling, account and customer relationship development,
*Excellent written communications skills,
*Good social and interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams and to work as team member.
