Reporting to the Innovation Controller and working closely with Senior Brand Managers, R&D and Sales, you will play an active role in progressing NPD projects from initiation through to launch.
You will lead NPD project teams through a clear stage-gate process and also brief and manage all day to day working relationships with external agencies, specifically design and research agencies.
You will ensure that all relevant project data and documentation is available for Senior Brand Manager, Customer Marketing, Category Development and Sales for use in the development of trade presentations, and for internal system activation.
To be considered for the Brand Manager - Innovation role,the successful candidate will:
- be educated to degree level
- have experience of FMCG brand management including some product development
- have a working knowledge of the UK consumer and FMCG retail market
- have previously led projects from conception through to fulfilment
- have led cross-functional teams
- have strong analytical skills and the ability to use continuous research data
