Thinking Forward Events is a leading Events and Promotions Company operating in London and Nottingham. We currently have a range of exciting projects and budgets with a broad base of corporate clients.
Whether our client has a one day showcasing or a long term project at a desired event platform, we need the right representation at the site to ensure a smooth result for our client.
We are looking for fresh talent (no previous event experience is needed) to work alongside our dedicated Event teams asap!

Due to our success in 2012 we are looking to expand and run more In Store Events throughout Nottingham.
Customer Service/ Sales Assistant Openings:
Our Customer Service/Sales Assistants work on-site to promote our client's products directly to consumers. Our number one priority is to provide an exceptional experience for any interested customer by explaining the products on offer and the promotion terms.
As a customer service/ sales assistant you will have the opportunity to develop your customer service and sales skills as well as live and learn our successful marketing strategy.
You will engage directly with consumers on behalf of clients, so an outgoing personality and confidence working with customers is expected!

Face-to-face Sales
Customer Enquiries
Cash & Credit Card Transactions
In addition to the promotion and sales aspects, you will also work with the management team daily to ensure our clients get the right feedback about the event's success and the subsequent new customers we have found for them! Full product training will be provided so no previous event experience is needed.
Requirements:
- Over 18 and eligible to work in the UK
- Located in Nottingham and available within 1-2 weeks
- Customer facing experience an advantage
- Personality, sense of humour, flexibility, open mindedness, and a can-do approach!
- A solid work ethic is important as all growth opportunities and earnings are based on individual results
- Problem solving abilities
- The ability to work within a team or sole charge
We are looking to meet with candidates and get the right people started as soon as possible.
Please note that our selection process will involve a couple of stages, one of which will be an unpaid open day wherein the candidate will spend time with a current advisor at a specific field site to observe our face-to-face event marketing procedures.
