Our client a Fortune 500 Global Business, are going through an extremely exciting period of growth and development with their brand growing in strength internationally.

They are now seeking an experience Sourcing Manager. Reporting into the Procurement Director, you will have key responsibility for sourcing products from worldwide locations. Key categories include: Cookware, Kitchenware, Bakeware, Cutlery and Dinnerware products

Key responsibilities:

* Sourcing products from worldwide locations
* Source and develop manufacturing partners the offer high levels of service production, quality and communication
* Work closely with NPD and Supply Chain teams to meet commercial requirements
* Review and appraise current suppliers and make recommendations for improvement where required
* Provide sales force with product information the enables efficient selling process
* Identify new sources of supply and products
* Negotiate with existing and new vendors ensuring best price available

Person specification:
* Strong knowledge and experience of sourcing products from LCC countries
* FMCG background is preferred
* Experience of working with site locations in Europe includingEastern Europe
* Ideal experience in working within a major FMCG or Retail organisation.
* Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
* Experience of working in a multi-national organisation
