Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (with some flexibility to work the occasional evening)

Our client is a local family business specialising in food products and require a HR & Payroll Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be available at short notice and have previous HR experience.

Day to Day duties will include the following:
* Using Opera to input and process weekly payroll for 80 staff
* Arranging and carrying out interviews of potential staff
* Arranging and carrying out appraisals of existing staff
* Administrative duties such as producing HR documents and letters
* Coordinating training of all staff
* Basic accounts duties to cover holidays
* Occasional telephonist and reception duties

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
* Previous HR experience (Essential)
* Previous payroll experience (Essential)
* Previous accounts experience (Desirable)
