The candidate:
* Experienced in leading and delivering process improvement projects
* Strong process management experience gained in a complex manufacturing environment or a similar high volume environment, working in multi-functional teams.
* You will possess strong communication and influencing skills as you will be working cross functionally within the business and also with suppliers, contractors and Statutory Bodies.
* Ability to build strong internal relationships, and manage key stakeholders across the business.

The role:
*Reporting to the Engineering Manager and being a key part of the site based Project team, you will work in conjunction with all appropriate departments and will provide a world class engineering support to the site.
* This role exists to assist the site in the delivery of turn-key engineering projects to further enhance the safety, quality, efficiency and capability of the production facility.
* The job holder will take full responsibility for leading simultaneous projects involving changes and upgrades to equipment, facility and systems and delivering them to a satisfactory and consistent standard.
*The role requires that continuous improvement is actively pursued to achieve World Class standards and that H&S is at the heart of everything that is done.
