Headline:

Procurement Manager: FM, MRO, CapEx within a leading Global Corporate, possessing an envious market position with expanding sector coverage and enjoying a period of strong investment in Strategic Sourcing.

Role:

Operating within a broad-ranging Indirect Services Sourcing post, you will operate across a diverse spend portfolio, driving continuous improvement and expansion across the indirect category portfolio, with responsibility for managing and developing the Services category portfolio, focusing on: FM, MRO, and CapEx.

You will be responsible for ensuring the organisation remains competitive and well placed within a changing market through provision of best-in-class innovative procurement processes, policies, stakeholder engagement and external supplier relationship management.

You will possess tact and excellent relationship development and influencing skills to secure stakeholder support at all levels, and develop and manage a team of procurement professionals

Remit:

Ensuring procurement category and contract management is efficient and effective, increasing procurements perception as a key commercial partner

Leading strategy, policy and direction creation
Design & implementation of innovative procurement processes, policies and solutions
Ensuring departmental contribution to group savings initiatives are realised, whilst maintaining & improving quality of services and goods
Identification of pertinent new suppliers to ensure continued best-in-market service provision
Ensure legally sound and commercially robust contracts in place and adhered to
Develop, maintain & manage credible & beneficial stakeholder relationships
Analyse, develop and where relevant rationalise supply base, ensuring value, stability, performance and market competitiveness are maintained & improved

Requirements:

Demonstrable FM, MRO and / or CapEx Category Procurement experience
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to building lasting relationships with stakeholders
Excellent end-to-end strategic sourcing lifecycle management experience

Sharp, analytical, with strong commercial acumen
