Provide leadership and direction for a range of products within the Group, through the development and launch of new products, the marketing of those products, and the on-going management of existing products.
 In addition, provide direct support to Sales on specific opportunities and drive business growth through the improvement of skills and expertise within the Sales organisation.

Experience to include:
o Network services including Internet Access and MPLS VPNs utilising Broadband and Ethernet access technologies
o Security Services
o Hosting Services

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Categorise the jobs into the 3-5 major areas of responsibility.
Divide these into steps explaining the main activities % of time
Create and maintain the product roadmap for the product lines concerned, driving new product developments from service requirements through to launch including managing all relevant development activities across the organisation. 25%
Ensure the services are effectively positioned internally and externally by producing and updating service documentation, maintaining accurate costs models and pricing, and working with Marketing on sales tools, marketing communications and programmes. 25%
As the subject matter expert, support the Sales teams across the Group on specific opportunities and improve business performance through training of the Sales and PreSales teams. 25%
Responsible for overall market analysis to understand requirements from the sales channels and marketplace, and provide competitor positioning to differentiate the MDNX and Griffin product offering. 10%
Manage the development and introduction of operational processes and tools to ensure the services can be ordered, deployed, supported and billed efficiently. 15%
