With the grand opening of our NEW office we are looking for keen individuals graduate to join our fast-paced business in a role that will offer support and full training.

Our clients are Nationally Recognised across the UK. We host thousands of unique events at retail locations and in-store promotions to promote on behalf of these national brands.

We are seeking an Events and Marketing Assistant to be the perfect addition to our friendly, outgoing and bubbly team.

EVENTS & MARKETING ASSISTANT DESCRIPTION

* Growing and developing event sales through new customer and brand management.
* Successfully implementing and executing sales and marketing strategies at retail and in-store events.
* Hitting and exceeding sales targets.
* General reporting and administration duties as required.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - As Full Training is Provided!

To be successful as an Events and Marketing Assistant you will have:

* Customer service or face to face experience.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
* You will be very well presented, highly organised, articulate, confident, self motivated, high achiever and bubbly.
* Thrive working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
* The capability of working under pressure and flexible working hours, as well as meeting deadlines.
* UK Citizenship or ability to work full time hours in the UK (we do not sponsor).
* Be over the age of 18.
* Able to commute to NE1 City Centre on a daily basis.

The successful applicant will be required to travel regularly throughout the Newcastle and Tyne area to set-up local events, and must be physically fit to be personally involved in the setting up of events.
 All earnings are weekly and are based entirely on the individuals completed sales at the end of the financial week.
 First year earning projections are up to £350 per week (all based entirely on performance).
Those successful after a first interview will be invited to observe us at our retail events which will entail a full day to give you a clear understanding of the opportunity available.
