 Responsibilities:
Reporting to the RTS Planning Manager & Fleet Coordinator, you will ensure that feedback and analysis is available on all aspects of working time and EU drivers hour’s rules. The planning of driver shift cover, ensuring they are compliant with working time and EU drivers hour’s rules & that the budgeted vehicle shifts are planned will be key to this role.

You will analyse drivers completed Tachograph charts, report on monthly budget adherence and available cover drivers. You will produce a monthly shift plan to ensure all the budgeted vehicles are covered and driver rota’s are produced and posted by the 15th of each month.

Requirements:
You will hold a Certificate of Professional Competence in National Road Haulage, alongside having a sound knowledge of LGV haulage operations. You will be expected to be computer literate, confident in MS Word, MS Excel, Database type applications and SAP.
