Do you live within a 10 mile radius of the Bridport area, to work as a member of the reablement team.

Our reablement teams work in a person centred way, supporting people to maximise their independence with daily living tasks, enabling them to remain in their own home.

You will be guaranteed 15 hours per week to work alternate weekends a.m and p.m weekdays. Further as & when availability would be an advantage.

Interview Date: 12th September 2013

This post has a significant travel requirement and you are contractually required to have a vehicle (or transport deemed to be suitable by the County Council) available for use as required.
