Brand management specialist required to join this growing Cheltenham based company in the FMCG/lifestyle sector.
Key tasks will be to provide marketing services across brands, core products and corporate communications.

Key Tasks

-Brand Management on ongoing management and development of existing brands, including:
-PR & advertising
- - Brand plan implementation
-Promotional calendar development and execution
-Distribution strategy development and control
- - Maintenance of marketing budgets and ensuring activity is kept within budget
-Driving the new product development calendar (product sourcing, product trialling,
procurement, visualisations, financial feasibility and management and full project management responsibility) linked to key seasonal trade presentation windows
-Continual range overview, research, analysis and management
-Maintenance and development of websites
-Packaging development and implementation

-New Brand Development
-research, development and launch of new brand concepts including product sourcing, product trialling, procurement, financial feasibility, packaging development and management and full project management responsibility

-Corporate Communications
- provide ongoing management of corporate / trade communications including:
i. Corporate website management and development
ii. Corporate Identity management and development

-Core Product Development
-development of core product portfolio including:
i.researching, sourcing and product trialling, procurement, financial feasibility
ii.management and project management responsibility

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
-Marketing Related Degree or similar qualification
-Previous Brand Management experience at Junior Brand Manager level or above
-Previous experience of creative brand and product development
-Previous experience of brand marketing communications
-Previous experience of corporate communications
-Excellent standard of English language and mathematically astute
-Fully conversant with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint
