As a Marketing Manager at Vodafone you'll be responsible for creating market-leading propositions tailored to meet the needs of small enterprise customers. And that's not all you will be able to do, you'll be defining and executing marketing programmes to generate demand and raise awareness of Vodafone's capability within the small enterprise segment.
You responsibilities will include:
- oIdentifying opportunities for new propositions for small enterprise customers which drive incremental customers, revenue and/or margin for Vodafone.
- oProposition development including message framework, creative concepts, features and benefits, pricing, business case and go-to-market planning
- oWorking with product owners, sales owners and key stakeholders to define annual marketing plans to deliver Vodafone's growth aspirations in particular market/capability areas.
- oCreating marketing calendar and key channel campaigns for small business segment to include communications, proposition launches, sales enablement etc
- oExecution of marketing plans and evaluation of return on investment for key initiatives.
Your Skills
This role requires an all round marketer with demonstrable experience in proposition development and go to market.
You will have:
- Degree, preferably within a marketing of business management discipline.
- Proven experience in developing and bringing to market new customer propositions
- Knowledge and credibility in the business to business market
- Exceptional commercial management skills, ability to deliver commercial performance across a category within the competitive small business market
- Competence in performance measurement and reporting against commercial and customer KPIs
- Track record of developing and driving marketing programmes/projects for commercial return
- Proven relevant category management experience, ideally within IT or telecoms
