An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join an aquisitive division of our large FTSE100 organistation! The role is to assist the Financial Controller and the local Finance Director in the management of finance team and efficient task assignment.

Responsibilities:

* Trading risk MI production and commentary
* Pricing work on sales tenders (production and review)
* Capex project reporting
* Group reporting
* Risk monitoring & reporting
* Ad-hoc business analysis
* Ad-hoc strategic business projects
* Month-end
* Delivery of flash report giving accurate position of in-month business performance & forecast changes
* Assisting the business unit MDs in achieving accurate in-month position through review of problem areas and accounting guidance
* Guidance of business unit MDs in setting realistic forecasts and an understanding of risk levels
* Ad-Hoc analysis providing explanations/summary of the key business issues

Essential Experience/Skills:

The Finance Manager should be a qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with 2+ years industry experience. Good staff management experience is required along with experience working in a commercial accounting/finance position is essential along with good excel skills & working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages Must have experience of SAP !!
