We currently have an exciting opportunity for a strong technology Recruiter to join us in our London office, the role will consist of recruiting engineers, developers and testers for the global telecommunications office in Berlin. The role can be based in London or Berlin.

The overall responsibilities will include:

* Direct sourcing of candidates including; screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates
* Resource planning; working closely with business partners to understand their requirements
* Continually monitor, track and report on all recruitment activity within timescales
* Vendor management; working with the established PSL
Continue implementation of the RPO model

We are looking for an innovative Recruiter with excellent direct sourcing experience. There is a particular emphasis on the use of Social Media so candidates should be able to demonstrate specific successes in this area.

The role of the On-Site Recruiter is to deliver all elements of a full-cycle resourcing and end to end contract recruitment service on-site with this major client. You will be responsible for your own business area and will be expected to build strong working relationships with your stakeholders and candidates.

Essential:

* Demonstrable success in direct hiring is essential (min 2 years)
* Demonstrable track record in delivery against a pre-determined direct hiring strategy & achieving direct hire targets
* Experience of planning and hiring against volume recruitment campaigns
* Extensive knowledge of current candidate attraction methods & routes to market (including social media)
* Extensive knowledge of internet and off line databases
* Experience in on and off line networking
* Evidence of building good customer relationships and of exceeding customer expectations
* Knowledge and understanding of legislation around Diversity/Non-discrimination laws and DPA (storage and accuracy of data)
* In depth knowledge of the recruitment industry, recruitment methods and candidate search techniques
* String administration skills to support own recruitment activity
* MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
