This fast fashion High Street retailer is looking for a Technologist to join their London based team covering Accessories specialising Handbag, Tights and Hair accessories.

Technologist The Role:

Working closely with Technical Manager, Senior Technologist and Assistant Technologist.
Lead garment fit sessions and interpret the needs of product development to the suppliers.
Ensure that all individual garment specifications are technically correct.
Work in collaboration with the design team and the product development team to evaluate competitors garments for construction.
Work with Fabric technologist to ensure garment fit for end use from fabric test results.
Monitor production quality control audits at supply chain and the warehouse.
Develop specs from design briefs.
Ensure all product development is in line with the established critical path.
Fitting, approving and sealing samples.

Technologist The Candidate:
Need to have experience in Accessories.
Understanding of pattern cutting and have an efficient understanding of different fabric qualities.
Extensive experience as a Garment Technologist.
Good knowledge of product construction.
Excellent communication skills.
