Superb opportunity to join this leading FTSE 250 International Financial Publishing & Media brand based in central London as a Marketing Campaign Manager, helping to develop and deliver exciting online & offline marketing campaigns for International Conferences and Events worldwide. Skills required:
Strong prioritization - ability to manage multiple workload and priorities
2 years+ marketing experience in an analytical, direct mail event environment including experience in campaign performance analysis and measuring KPI's
Excellent copywriting and proofing skills
Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach
Advanced Excel
Any Social Media Marketing, Search Marketing would be great to have

Job Duties:

Direct mail campaigns:


Plan and deliver direct mail campaigns to support the objectives of the Conference division.
Plan the overall annual campaign schedule to ensure that prospective customers receive relevant, targeted and timely messages and incentives
Manage the marketing executive to ensure that the workload for the execution of campaigns is split to make best use of resources
Manage the designer to ensure that all conference marketing material is designed on time and according to the objectives of the marketing brief for the event
Ensure that the direct mail process is managed to optimize results: taking into account best mail times for optimal delegate response, conduct campaign analysis and work to ensure creative DM execution

Other campaign management

Monitor performance of mailing lists selected to ensure budget is allocated most profitably
Profile key customer groups and analyse database- targeting growth strategies if required
Evaluate the mix of media used in event marketing and develop a plan to take the effectiveness of the different media into account

Database

Maintain best practice in data hygiene: all opt in/out data collected according to the Client's guidelines, flagging behavioural information, reviewing list quality, reviewing suppressions and resolving any data problems

Conferences Website

Ensure that all dates, event information, sponsors and registration information is up to date and accurate
Manage the post event gallery to showcase the event after it has taken place
Ensure that the website best reflects the events identity and review other sites to keep abreast of new ideas
