A global manufacturer, who services the public, private and hospitality sector (to name a few!) is currently recruiting an Interim HR Manager to cover maternity. Supporting the Senior HR Business Partner, the Interim HR Manager will provide effective and proactive support to 3 key business units; operational, support and services.

Key Accountabilities:
·Provide change initiatives and HR solutions that support and influence HR best practice across the business units, ensure all HR policies & procedures are consistent and applied across all business units
·Support the HR Director and Senior HR Business Partners in the design, delivery and implementation of HR strategy
·Act as Project Manager to drive HR initiatives
·Proactively support senior management with organisational change and restructures
·Coach and develop managers, demonstrating how effective people management can add value to the wider business
·Recruit for all senior positions ensuring the best calibre of candidates are hired
·Provide generalist HR support and provide operational support in absence of the HR Advisor

Key Experience & Skills:
·CIPD qualified or equivalent
·Previous experience in senior HR role is desirable
·Ability to provide strategic and operational HR support is essential
·HR generalist with proven experience in all areas
·Highly motivated self-starter
·Ability to make an impact and influence
