We are currently seeking a Fine Art/Museum Assistant Handler for our Client, a specialist art handling company.

•     Open new job files, log new jobs, complete all shipping documents, customs docs, Assistant to arrange insurance when required, liaise with team members.
•     Assistant should have good IT skills in Windows, Word Excel, Outlook MSL job book and storage.
•     Take incoming telephone calls.
•     Receive enquiries.
•     Prepare estimates.
•     Generate sales enquiries.
•     Convert enquiries into orders.
•     Coordination and liaising with Clients and third parties regarding shipping related work.
•     Invoices.
•     Assist with the fine Art department.

Candidates must be accurate, pay attention to detail, and have the ability to work under pressure.
