The Role:

  • 100% New Business Focused in line with company KPIs, Vision and Values.
  • Develop a quarterly business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of Senior Sales Executives targets, goals and company profitability.
  • Prepare and carry out action plans for the effective search of; sales leads, prospects and activity generation.
  • Attend quarterly regional team sales meetings and ensure content/objectives are delivered.
  • Maintain accurate awareness of all pricings, sales and activity reports on CRM.
  • Provide consistent forecast updates through effective CRM management and regular results assessments of sales and productivity.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance, both verbally and through CRM system.
  • Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all prospect quotes submitted for approval, while always striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
  • Create and conduct effective/appropriate proposal templates and presentations as necessary.

The Requirements:
  • Significant experience in new business B2B ROI direct sales.
  • Demonstrable experience with vehicle tracking solutions.
  • Extensive appreciation of all aspects of customer relationship management.
  • An understanding of SME customers and their market dynamics would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Willingness to travel and be a genuine team player.
  • Proven networking and referral generating ability with the desire to drive New Business Sales.
