Position Summary
· A key member of the delivery team, as a Graduate Junior Researcher, you will work closely with clients and consultants to understand fully their needs, identify target organisations and approach key individuals who meet the client’s requirement.
· As a Graduate Junior Researcher you will develop strong sector knowledge across Private and Public sector industries including Consumer, Technology, Healthcare and Industrials, also developing a network of key people to act as sources and provide market intelligence to enable swift and effective assignment execution
· Provide key input in business development and sales.
· Graduate Junior Researchers are fundamentally involved in the research process from an early stage - meeting the client, understanding their needs and coming up with a bespoke research solution that fits their clients’ requirements. Once agreed, they partner with the consultant to deliver an outstanding shortlist of candidates.
Person Specification
· The individual will be comfortable managing and communicating with people, have good commercial sense, understand the markets, and have a fantastic eye for detail.
· Strong intellect and excellent communication skills must accompany the ability to multitask and deliver projects on time. Strong IT, telephone and database skills are required.
· As a Graduate Junior Researcher you must be collegiate, hardworking, open, and honest and have a genuine interest in working closely with different people. Foreign language skills are desirable.
· The career path for Graduate Junior researchers is flexible and includes four different researcher levels.
