Retail, Hospitality and Leisure Managers required for fantastic Manager Designate Position
South, Midlands and North

Salary up to £25,000 - £28,000 per annum dependant on experience and geographical location

The Client:
Our Client is a market leading leisure operator, with a fantastic worldwide reputation and impressive venues stretching up and down the UK.
They are currently seeking experienced retail, leisure or hospitality managers to join the Company as Manager Designates, with a view to lead and motivate their already successful teams. If you are passionate about customer service and the leisure and hospitality industries, and would like to work for a renowned, multinational expanding Company, then we want to hear from you.

The Role Requirements:
-Due to the nature of the industry you will need to be fully flexible in terms of working hours and shift patterns
-You will also be flexible in terms of locations throughout the UK
-In this role you will support the Management team with a view to taking full responsibility of varying aspects of the business during the initial training programme.
-There is the requirement for flexibility in terms of hours of work, and the ability to work shift patterns, including night shifts.
-The will be the necessity to travel to, and work in, various locations across the UK.

The Ideal Candidates:
-You will come from a busy Hospitality, Leisure or Retail background
-Previous experience in working in a similar multi-site role/industry is desirable (e.g. late night F & B/ hospitality, hotels, retail and leisure businesses)
-High levels of enthusiasm and motivation.
-Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
-Excellent Team Player.
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
-Flexibility and availability to train and work in various locations in England and Scotland.
-Full UK driving licence.
-Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
