HR Manager is required for an internationally renowned origination based in South West London with regular travel to Central London

Leading a HR team of 5 you will be responsible overseeing all aspects of HR across a UK work force of 300 reporting into the US.

Key requirements include:
Full generalist role taking responsibility for complex ER cases, TUPE transfers and provide additional legal advice when needed.
Drive change, OD and continuous improvement across the HR team and the wider business.
Strong emphasis on partnering and coaching the senior leadership team and business leaders.
Responsible for all senior appointments into the UK work force.
Lead the UK HR team providing direction and budgetary responsibility

The ideal person will be an experienced HR Manager who have worked with a large matrix US owned organisation ideally within the retail, ecommerce, wholesale or fast moving organisation.

The role is for 12 months paying up to £65,000- £70,000 on a FTC basis; due to the urgency of the role candidates with a notice period of 2 week or less can be considered for the role.
